Will all items have the Farm Bureau Financial Services logo on them?
Yes all have the FBFS logo, except for the Carhartt Bib Overalls, which do not have an area that can accommodate embroidery due to all the seams.  The logo and disclosure on calendars is based on your home state.  If you would like to include your PC Company logo on any apparel or specialty items, please contact your PC Company's marketing department to see what the options are.

Are discounts available?
Yes, there are several ways for you to save money on your purchase:

Many items have tiered pricing, which means that buying a higher quantity results in a lower cost per item.

Our free loyalty program rewards you with one point for every dollar spent (excluding tax and freight). Points are available in your account once your order ships or is completed.  Once you accumulate at least 250 points, you can save 10% on your next order. At 500 points, you can redeem your reward for either free shipping or 15% off your next order. At 1000 points, you can earn $20 off your order.  You can choose to bank your points for a larger purchase or use them as you go. To redeem, log in to your account and click on the green loyalty icon at the bottom of the store. You'll be prompted to choose which reward you'd like; then you'll receive a coupon code to input at checkout. Only one coupon code can be applied per order. 

Agents who qualify for Marketing Co-op may have opportunities to use some of their funds on company store items. Refer to the Co-op Resources section of the Marketing Toolkit for additional information.  


How can I pay for my order?

Any customer can utilize our secure checkout and pay by credit card. Credit cards are processed through a PCI compliant third party, so SmithPro does not have access to your credit card data. You can elect to store your credit card on the store for future purchases; note that this is only available to you when you're logged in and not available to SmithPro on our end.  


How do I use a gift certificate?
Enter your gift certificate code at checkout in the gift certificate field.  Codes are case sensitive and require the hyphens, so we recommend copying and pasting your code.  You can check your gift certificate balance by logging in to your account.


When will I receive my order?

Orders will ship when all items are ready unless otherwise requested. If you prefer to have your items ship as they become available, we can send separate shipments; additional freight charges will be added to your order. Production times vary depending on the item - check the product description to review these details.


What if I need my order sooner?

We are often able to rush production at no additional charge to meet your deadline. Let us know your event date in the order comments and we will reach out to you if we need to make adjustments. Occasionally, some items are backordered or rush production is not available; in those instances, we will offer other item suggestions or expedited shipping to ensure that your order arrives on time; additional fees may apply.


What are my shipping options?

USPS and UPS are our standard shipping methods. Rates will display at checkout based on the weight and size of the items as well as your location. 

Additionally, we offer free delivery to Home Office in West Des Moines or free pick-up from our location in Urbandale. Note that only stock items and apparel qualify for free delivery or free pick-up; personalized items or special orders are not stocked at our location and therefore require shipping. 


Will I be able to see what my personalized item looks like before it's made?

Yes, we will send a proof for all personalized items prior to production. The first proof is free of charge and any additional proofs are $10 each.  


How will I know if the apparel will fit?
We have one sample of each garment that we display at Sales Conference and state meetings.  These are available for local preview or we can order additional samples, which take about a week to receive from the mill.  If you'd like to see something in person, please email your request to lindsay@smithpro.com to make arrangements.  Most items fit true-to-size, with the exception of Ladies' Nike apparel and Men's TravisMathew brand, which run very snug.  You can also reference these size charts:

Can I return or exchange my items?
You may return for store credit or exchange any stock merchandise and most unworn Farm Bureau Financial Services logoed apparel within 30 days of order receipt. We'll send you a call tag and cover the return shipping costs if the issue is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Carhartt, North Face, and TravisMathew apparel is final sale. 

If you need to request a return or exchange, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. 

All sales are final for personalized items and special orders.

What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know right away.  Orders paid by credit card can be cancelled and refunded less the credit card processing fees if the stock items have not yet shipped or if the direct ship, personalized, or special order items have not been processed. Direct ship, personalized, and special orders cancelled before production but after processing and proofing may be subject to a cancellation fee.  Once direct ship, personalized, and special orders are printed, they're no longer able to be cancelled.  

 

How do I view my order history for tax preparation or co-op reimbursement?
Log in to your account by clicking the person icon at the top right of the store.  The Orders tab will show your complete order history.  If you click on the order number, it will display your itemized order and give you the option to print the invoice, which you can use for tax purposes and/or co-op reimbursement receipt.
